Once we receive your vision, we'll review it and share our thoughts, recommendations, and possibilities for the design.If you'd like to move forward, we'll begin the design process with a non-refundable $30 design fee. In return, you'll receive a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) rendering of your piece along with a price estimate. Think of it as your keepsake's first official portrait. If you fall in love with the design and decide to proceed, full payment will be required before production begins. Your custom piece will then be lovingly crafted and completed within approximately 3–4 weeks.Because each custom creation is made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
